Tired of wasting time and resources sorting screws by hand? Meet ScrewSorter, the smart and sustainable solution that does it for you. From a mixed batch of screws of different sizes and materials, each screw is automatically picked and placed onto a motorized conveyor. As it travels, high-precision cameras and sensors measure its diameter, length, and magnetic properties. Based on the user’s predefined settings; two diameters, two lengths, and magnetism or not; the system accurately directs every screw into the right bin, offering up to five sorting combinations.

Entirely made from recyclable materials, ScrewSorter combines automation, precision, and eco-design. By enabling users to sort and reuse screws instead of discarding and repurchasing them, the system helps reduce waste, lower costs, and minimize the product’s carbon emissions, making the screw sorting process more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
